Im going to venture and say that spit probably has the impact of a high caliber sniper rifle. In that case the weakest person who could withstand itwould have to be Wolverine.

look at the exit wound compared to what sniper rifles do
im going to have to say it is about tank cannon level

That really doesnt matter. A shotgun has a bigger exit wound diameter than a sniper rifle as well. Sniper rifle still hits with a higher velocity.
