He's invisible, has energy shields around himself, class 100 strength, fire powers, flight, hypnosis, shapeshifting, the ability to stretch and insane durability.

Apolllo is quicker and faster, and has better durability. Also, his eye beams are nothing to mess with.

Engineer can see his heat vitals even if he does turn invisible, because he needs to flame on to fly. She can also hack his mind like she did to Captain Atom. Not to mention the fact that she is also a shapeshifter.

Midnighter can intent read his moves, and it helps that he moves at mach speeds.

If there is the slightest hint of even the ruins of a city anywhere, then Jack murders Super Skrull.

It would come down to Super Skrull against Apollo and Engineer.

Super Skrull has a natural immunity to mind control, due to his hypnotic powers. They have jack shit against him.
