spider-man is more popular than any superhero but i think batman's death would probably have a bigger impact on DC than spideys would on marvel

For the marvel characters while loosing cap was like loosing their father loosing spidy would be like loosing their brother.

doesnt help that he already died either

on a commercial/publicity side spideys death would have more of affect,but bats would be felt by cult fans imo

spideys death would bring more attention to the world than batmans
