In all out honest, this fight should be like what king hyperion did to magneto. The reason Im saying this is because king hyperion=superboy prime. They pulled the same feat, destroying every being in their universe, except king hyperion destroyed 2 universes and was about to destroy a third. And king hyperion did it easier and much faster.

Now as far as magneto challenging superman, I also agree with that. I do think that magneto could beat superman SINCE similar beings have done so. A doctor poloris amped up to magneto level of powers owned the entire jla, including superman. A girl that possess magnetic powers (dont know her name because she is such a boring character) owned superman numerous of times without breaking a sweat.

But as far as magneto beating superboy prime or the phoenix, it will never happen. By the way quanchi, Phoenix>>>>>superboy prime.

Have you seen the comic where flash relocated 500,000 people in a city that was hit by a nuke. He did it at a quater of the speed of light BUT did you see the impact that it had on his body. He was hurt and he wasnt even going the speed of light.

The flash is fast but he rarely runs the speed of light.

Now with superboy prime blitzing the flashes. Do you know what a blitz is. That is when you run or fly at someone with outstanding speed ending with you hitting them. Superboy prime was getting hit by 3 flashes and decided to spin around at tremendous speed. Two different things; Gladiator could have pulled that same feat.

I agree with you about the flash and the speed force, even though it has never been stated to be incaculable but I do think that its great speed.

So im guessing that iron man moves faster than the speed of light OR the narrator could have been saving room and shortened the panels so that they wouldnt have to use a lot of room showing a character just flying through space. I never said superman moves at the speed of light on earth,he doesnt because that would most likely rip the atmosphere off and kill everyone,sbp doesnt care about anyone he wouldnt hesitate to go lightspeed or faster on a planet,superman flew to a galaxy in a very short amount of time,the trip takes light 2.5 million years to get there and obviously it didnt take nearly that long so they were going much much faster then light,he only blitzed ww at several times the speed of sound initially and took her off earth because he is much more powerful then her and when they got in space he went ftl.

He said he was going to fly through Oa at the speed of light. Most likely he couldn't achieve a new Big Bang unless he was flying at the speed of light and not faster than light.

Pre-Crisis could fly 1000s of times the speed of light, he broke the time barrier as a baby.

Post-Criss said so once, from a comic 8 years ago or so that he can't move faster than light. Since then he's moved faster than light.

Give me issue numbers that Superman claims he can't fly faster than light. Since you said that he's said it pleny of times, I'm assuming that you have refferences.
