True, Kallark (like the character he is based on - Clark) would only need one punch to kill Sinestro.

Problem is that neither of them would have the opportunity to do so (note also that the OP stated no blitzing). Sinestro would win.

Not to mention Kallark's speedblitz isn't comparable to Clark's.

Sinestro beats him dark purple and cripples his confidence giving him performance anxiety sending him into a deep depression whenever the color yellow is present

Sinestro knows that he can be as effective with one ring as he can with ten, so I don't think they would give him an additional boost.

Sinestro is a perfect match against Gladiator really. Kallark needs his confidence and Sinestro could mostly likely implant a great deal of fear in him and take that confidence right away. If Gladiator would be able to resist it, he could probably take on Sinestro.
