Asiude from being one of the best fight i can think of, i don't know who'd win that

Potentially FFX characters far serpass NNN's characters to the point which they take like 1% damage and avoid/evade all magic and physical attacks 99% of the time and being able to attack 9-10 times per other opponents but with just classic abilities
