All depends on the comparison of their respective armies. Eggman has him out-gunned machinery wise, and machines can easily be mass-produced. There are only so manny koopa troopas. But with Bowsers magikoopas, he could do some real damage. Could go either way

If this is fist to fist Bowser pwns Robotnik. If Robotnik gets something like the Egg Emperor then Bowser would get pwned. Depends on what Robotnik gets.

Besides, it's the same way that Eggman cannot beat sonic despite having robots that can copy his abilities or the master emerald. Hell, he lost when he had the master emerald.

Eggman even while running is far faster than Bowser.
