No she tried to take on galactus she started to absorb the energy from the planet and pheonix stopped her and told her even if she drained the planet dry she would be not match for him.

She never cross swords with Galactus. She grew to his size, but the issue made sure that we knew Galactus dwarfed her. They never came to blows.
