My VS Rules:

No healing Magics/abilities

No time Manipulation

No Soul attacks/drains

Axel gets massacred. Nariko, at the end of her game, could easily waste armies. She can send a man flying with just a touch.

She's got the power of a main character =] But yeah, she destroys him.

Nariko beats Axel. he just doesn't have any really insane feats like she does.
