The Spectre, The phantom stranger, Mr. Mxy. Lucifer or Mikey. Dream. Ect. She only ruled no more mutants on one planet. So I think any of the guys I named could pwn her and reverse the effects of what ever she says with a snap of a finger.

She ruled no more mutants on one planet across several timelines.

Maybe she could say "No More Superman" and erase all the Kals of the multiverse.

If either Superman, and/or, Batman are killed -- The Universe they resided in experiences Armaggedon.

To wipe out every Superman/Batman in existence, is to destroy every Universe in DC they were a part of.

The entire Omniverse, was literally torn to pieces.
Even Otherworld (Merlyn & Roma's domain) was collapsed.
Marvel's cosmics, all of them, were taken by the Chaos storm.

The 616 Reality was untouched,
because that's where Wanda was spewing her power from into the Omniverse
yet, in the end, even that was going to be thrown into the mush.

That was basically the last Reality that remained,
although 616 was warped as well into Reality 58163
just not into a conceptual glob like all the other Marvel Realities.

Nobody gives a shit about Marvel's mutants.

Wanda would most likely say something like 'no more meta-humans'.

Assuming none of the uber cosmic or powers-that-be stopped her, she could conceivably de-power all metahumans in the DCU, or at least those on earth.

One of the problems with that, is that the 4th world would most likely be unaffected.

As for who would stop her, something this big is bound to attract attention from the higher powers, and as someone said, unlike in marvel, DC's cosmic keep a closer eye on earth. Spectre, Mxy, Lucifer, The Word, Phantom Stranger, etc. It would be tough to bring her down, and most likely, it would come down to the Spectre, but down she would go. Nobody cares about mutants, but metahumans (tomaeto, tomato, I personally think marvel's humans are just racists ) encompasses everything from mutants to aliens, to spirits and angels.

"No more Kryptonians" would be more effective than "No more Superman" IMHO

The way I read it 616 was untouched by the chaos wave because of the combined efforts of Brian, Meggan, Betsy and Rachel. They halted the wave and reality fixed itself by closing the tear. There is no evidence that states she has the power to generate chaos waves at will, but there is evidence that points to the chaos wave being generated because her warps caused a butterfly affect. 616 was the waves point of origin, but it was still on its way back there and would have caused it to crash just like everything else whether she was there or not.

Why does it matter when it happened? Point being that neither Wandas presence nor the origin of the wave kept 616 from being untouched it was the combined efforts of Meggan, Brian, Betsy (Nocturne) and Rachel that made sure 616 was not touched by the wave.

I said that reality fixed itself by closing the tear, meaning the tear in it's fabric, that comment has nothing to do with any warping that took place after the wave was halted. When has reality ever resisted the power of a reality warper?

The only evidence I saw was that Wandas actions created a tear that made one reality bleed into the next breaking through the walls that separate them, like a ripple effect. If she were fueling the wave, then why when it met resistance in the form of Meggan and then reality sealing itself did it not just crash through like it did everything else? Meggan was able to reduce the momentum of the wave so that it did not have the power to break through the newly sealed 616 wall, if she was supplying power even subconsciously then the wave would have burst through even if it lost momentum, it would have hit the wall of 616 and built up until it could burst through, it didn't because although she was responsible for it's creation she was not sustaining it, chaos theory and the butterfly effect were.

The fact that you disagree is obvious.

IMO the full force of the wave was not her power (see above) and whether she would have survived it is irrelevant.

(created in her intitial global Warp)
Wanda created the Wave
(it was simply her power pouring into the Omniverse through the Tear)
Wanda was fueling the Wave
(subconsciously as stated in many Bios)
Wanda reverted the Wave
(when she Re-created the Omniverse)

But I agree, Brian & company (mostly Meggan) slowed the Wave down for just a moment.
Enough time for Rachel, Brian and Betsy to close the tear as much as they could,
the tear then was completely closed by Reality itself.

But, the only reason the Wave did not touch 616 during the entire saga,
was because that's where Wanda's power from spewing from.

I rest my case. Night yall.

The question was never who produced the wave, the question was after the wave was produced was the power behind it Wanda "spewing" her power outwards, nothing in those scans say she fueled the wave or controlled it. It's not a coincidence it was called a chaos wave, it was a wave of chaos, at the time when Roma referred to it as a chaos wave she had no idea Wanda was involved so she called it that because of it's nature not it's origin. You seem to be under the impression that I think wanda was not initially responsible for the wave, I don't believe she was fueling it after her global warp. Had it not been for the tear due to her tampering with reality in the first place then her reality warp would have been localized to 616 and there would have been no spill over into other realities. In uncanny 462 when Meggan and Brian were swept through the realities that were being affected all the energy was moving outward as if her initial warp spilled out and was causing a butterfly effect sweeping one reality into another giving the wave perpetual motion. It all started out as a reality warp that due to a tear was force outwards from it's point of origin, causing the chaos wave which was forcibly merging everything by tearing down walls causing realities to merge thus warping them. Like I said before if she was spewing forth energy then it would not have been stopped. Saying that it would not have reached 616 because she was there is reaching considering it was on it's way back to where she was and other people had to stop it. It seemed to me that she was content with the warp she created and had every intention of leaving the world the way it was. If she was the power behind the wave then why would she not have sealed the tear herself, I believe because she had no idea what was going on outside her warp, subconsciously or otherwise. I'll ask again, if she was the power behind the wave and not just the catalyst then why would something that was crashing through every other wall in the omniverse suddenly stop when the leak was plugged? I say this to say Wanda w/chaos wave is a ridiculous notion in forum battles unless you set up all the special circumstances that contributed to the wave, insanity, a tear in reality and the fact that it appeared that the wave had to double back to 616 after it was created. Not to mention there is no evidence that she had any control over the wave to use it against anybody in a battle. I'll destroy you with my chaos wave as soon as it rips through the omniverse and doubles back, I'm not buying it. She is powerful I have no doubt, but she ain't making chaos waves as casually as she makes hex bolts. Show me the bio where it says she fueled it, then show me where she re-created the omniverse because the wave did all the work and even after all the destruction and re-arranging reality eventually fixed itself. Her warp was for earth only and the tear caused it to expand beyond its borders into the next reality, causing one to overlap the other forcing realities to pour outside of their designated time/space coordinates into others ad infinitum.
I have no idea what the scans of MJJ have to do with anything. He's a powerful reality warper reality reset itself and he remained that doesn't seem out of the ordinary. They way you talk about him he should have never died in the first place.
