I always wondered how this battle would go down if they battled each other, if anybody has any insight to offer, please do so.

I dont think Spidey would beat 90's Iceman at all. Even 80's Iceman was a beast.

Spidey is one of those character that is either winning in a stomp or losing in one. Its hard to get a good match up for him outside of his roster of villians.

QFT. 80's iceman was debatably even stronger than 90s iceman. he had to wear that inhibitor belt all the time so his power wouldn't rage out of control and freeze everything solid.

Spiderman doesn't really have a shot vs. iceman, unless it's 60s snowball iceman.



I think this is more due to KMC's tendency to like to debate either pure street level characters (i.e. whose fighting skill is better? Cap vs. Batman) or the AAA high end tier (Surfer vs. Superman)

There's a whole range of mid class characters no one really cares about that don't get mentioned in forums.

I'm not trying to spite or troll. Its just that in the marvel.com versus forums I saw somebody post that the original x-men (the one that came out in the early 60's) with bobby drake and jean grey along with angel, cyclops, angel and beast in it would be more than enough to take on spiderman. However I got insulted by a lot of spiderman fanboy's, i knew they were fanboys because of their bias opinions and spiderman avatars, so i came here to create a topic to get the same question answered without any bias or trolling. Iceman is my favorite character and I know he is an omega level mutant so I just wanted to get the facts straight. To conclude, moderators you can now close this thread and I hope to become part of this community....somehow >.>

I first time she beat Iceman, wasnt his powers sort-of out of whack due to his powers being shut off? And the second time, he lost an arm and for some strange reason, couldnt rejuvinate it. And it almost appeared as if it hurt him. Go figure.

How was she going to kill him? Was that a special gun she had where if she shoots, it makes you lose your powers and die? I dont remember the full details and i dont feel like going in to my comic collection.
