Fury > Barracuda.
Punisher > Crossbones.
Crossbones > Barracuda.
Crossbones > Silver Sable.
Winter Soldier >/= Punisher.
Winter Soldier > Barracuda.
Winter Soldier > Silver Sable.

Silver Sable's a huge weak link for team two IMO, Barracuda lacks the skill to keep up with anybody else in this fight (he was basically a bear, huge damage soak), Punisher's good, but not good enough to make up for the disadvantage the other two put him at.
