Considering the characters in Stargate have managed that I'm going to say that there isn't a comic character ever created that could fail at this mission.

To my knowledge, only micro and stellar black holes move about a galaxy while super massive black holes are located in the galactic center and are stationary.......Unless 2 or more galaxies are colliding.

One doesn't get stellar black holes from stars the size of our sun ermm

But nonetheless the presence of any single one of the top geniuses from Marvel or DC earth would be enough to avert the disaster.

A black hole of that size wouldn't even have to be remotely close to our system to start sucking it in

Its been said before, but black holes really are jobbers in comic books. Any herald level character can handle one, and big blue literally can "handle" one.
