Trying to think of a comedy that came out 12-15 years ago. Here are the points I remember:
- set in/around Boston
- protagonist lives with mom
- lives in row house (or narrow, tightly bunched house) with girlfriend next door a few feet away
- trying to rob wealthy neighbor by breaking through the wall
- protagonist has dogs, stuck with them in the rain, lies and says they're seeing-eye dogs in order to get on bus.
