joker gets 1 month of prep

fight takes place in disney's magic kingdom (and yes the park is populated)

there is also a mystical barrier set up by joker to make sure nobody gets in or out.

superman has 3 hours to find and stop joker or the entire park gets gassed

Can the Joker block Superman's X-Ray vision? And then what is going to stop Superman from blitzing him at the speed of light while also using heat vision with pinpoint accuracy? Basically it comes down to whether Joker can both secure some kryptonite and a successful plan to use it all within a month. Without that there seems to be no chance for the Joker.

I doubt that in a month Joker could even get the goods to set up a mystical barrier such as is described here. I mean he's no Dr. Doom...

It's like Silver Surfer vs. Mysterio...sure Mysterio is clever and all but all his scheming wouldn't help much against the power cosmic...
