The Master of the Fists joins in an unholy alliance with the Dread Man in Red against the Hakkeshu Wind Master and the psycho arms dealer.
Under the promise that Leopold Goenitz would increase his Orochi power (without having him lose his other eye for it), Rugal Bernstein joins forces with Goenitz to take on Bison.
However, the Shadowlaw warlord is hinted to the alliance and even with his Psycho Power, he has a tall order in front of him. So he needs a tag team partner. And as much as he despises the idea, he summons Akuma.
The Master of the Fists isn't interested in joining Bison...until Bison tells him that Rugal has insulted both the Dark Hadou and Ansatsuken, claiming both are inferior to the Orochi Power. This gets Akuma mad and he joins forces with Bison.
Goenitz and Rugal crash Osaka Stadium (again) just as Kyo is about to fight Ryu. Before anything can happen, Bison's VTOL appears, which is followed by Bison himself. Akuma teleports into the arena. In the meantime, Ryu and Kyo back off, knowing that this is going to be one nasty matchup.
Akuma will fight Rugal while Bison deals with Goenitz. Who wins?
