With the Ultimate Nullifier Galactus would have the upper hand over HOM Wanda, but if she manages to create the Chaos Wave once more than Galactus is done for.

The reason why Galactus takes it, is because this is a character that is not mentally unstable. Add on the fact Galactus vast experience, in applying his power. In short: a power set alone does not merit a win, character personality, and self awareness are vital factors that must come into play.
