I'm down with Strider, yo.
Not only can he slice down several story objects in one slash and can teleport instantly but he can survive the vacuum of space, unaided in any way.

If you put Hayabusa in space, he would not only die of lack of oxygen but he would burn to death or freeze to death, not to mention Strider has extraordinary stamina and life, dude's like a couple hundred years old.

Now as far as Hiro and Hien go, that's up in the air. I have to go back to some of my mangas to remember some Hien feats but for now, I'll say Hiro takes'em down.
