Kyo is tired of using Rugal as a punching bag. So he challenges the Dread Man in Red in a series of matches. Bison, both impressed and amused at Kyo's bravado, accepts.

Round One: Anime Battle! Kyo from Another Day takes on the Animated Movie version of Bison.

Round Two: SNK Battle! Kyo and Bison from SvC Chaos.

Round Three: Capcom Battle! Kyo and Bison from Capcom vs SNK 2.

Round Four: Stipulation Battle! Kyo and Bison dish out their stipulations. Bison is forced to fight as the crappy digitized version from SF: The Movie, while Kyo is without his flames.

Kyo because Street Fighter is weak lolololololololol KOF and everyone else is much cooler and better then Street Fighter lolololololololol.

But seriously Bison probably wins the majority except for the movie versions.
