Well, that's much is obvious, more or less.

Lets say sans top tier with true invulnerability.

So no healing factors

Not counting guys like Juggs who are outright invulnerable? Captain Marvel, Supes, Surfer, it's kind of hard to pick one out when you get to this level.

Physical damage? Supes IMO.

I'll throw in an overlooked possibility in Wonder Man.

He's not the best in terms of damage soak, but as far as the straight durability of his skin, he's one of the few Marvel characters considered invulnerable as opposed to just highly durable.

We saw Prime snap Hal's arm like a dry twig.

He ended up with broken bones against Mongul as well.

Id put Lanterns among the top. Now with their regular ff, im not saying they are as durable as CM, Supes, Thor and others. They are up in the ranks imo. Notice in my initial list, Lantern is the last.

Surfer is the hardest top tier to pierce.

Superman is the most overall durable top tier.

Thor has one of the better damage soaks in comics.

As for the Wonder Man thing.
The Hulk punched a hole through him, does that count? It happened In the Last Avengers story. Of course it was only one of millions of possible future stories but it should still count.

Actually, I think he only managed to break the skin not punch a hole and wasn't that after a long fight?

616 WM has been bloodied once that I know of. I just can't remember who did it.

Alternate Reality versions:
Evil Hulk breached him with a gut punch in "Marvels". Or was it Last Avengers? Not sure.
Hyperion broke his arm, but WM survived being driven all the way through the Earth in seconds.

But, he is waaay up there. So is Thor. Seriously, show me some panels where he is actually damaged, not just knocked out. There aren't many.

Surfer has been knocked out a lot, but I only remember one comic that actually showed damage. That was when he battled that computer city or something like that, and it was literally disintegrating parts of Surfer, but he was still functioning. (Anybody remember this?)

Isn't Lobo kind of damage resistant?

Or, Etrigan? As far as damage shown?
