Right now I am leaning toward Uther, but maybe you can convince me otherwise.

Uther wins fel Grom 6/10

Grom would be more skilled in combat here, as Uther can't use his holy powers against Grom.

Umm... not all of his power were only demon and undead effective you know, plus can Grom pierce Uther Bubble(which if not lorewise , Fel Grom beat his ass 6/10 times). Plus didn't Uther fight Fel orcs all the time in the 2nd war.
