Samurai is always grounded. Just like the odd Bullseye vs samurai fight. You cant deflect a bomb and if you dodge it more are on the way.

How does SS avoid a constant stream of explosions around him?

Yes, yes he could

He's more capable hand to hand combatant and they're about equally fast. If Gambit gets close, he gets diced.

He asked how Silver Samurai would stop Gambit from charging his armour.

Cool but why would Remy do such crazy thing against a Samurai.
Ninjas don't take Samurai on up close they throw stars, create distractions, Poisons etc.

I'm simply telling KingD that blowing up Silver's armour isn't an option.

Gambit is a thief, not a ninja. And Remy never used shurikens to my knowledge. SS did.

The Silver Samurai does not teleport while in battle. He only uses it to get to places. He does not use it when fighting people.
