Surfer takes him a good 7/10.

He's shown on panel manipulating GL energies, can suck him dry of Solar Energy and then encase him in a Lead bubble.

Well considering Surfer doesn't take GL Kyle 7/10 I don't see what it matters. ermmnone

Ion II is still Kyle.... Ion III is Yat.

The Surfer may be able to take a 6/10 against Lantern Kyle. There's no way he's going to win a clear cut majority against Ion Kyle.
