I'm almost certain that Superman can't be matter manipulated, but i could be wrong.

Firestorm.

He just turns Superman's costume into k-Nite then proceeds to have fun with him.

Firestorm can not only control matter, but energy patterns. He isn't gong to fall to a speed blitz. He would see superman as a wave of energy or matter and pwn him. Turning Superman's suit into kryptonite. Changing Superman's Hair into red sunlight. And Trapping him in a box of Inertron.

I seriously doubt Firestorm would be able to transmute Superman directly when a skyfather (a magical skyfather, no less) failed to do so.

Plus, Superman has been inside black holes before which literally tear apart atoms.

Imo, it's a stretch to think that FS could transmute Superman into anything.

Clark's speed and reflexes can be used here to avoid many of Firestorm's attacks. Plus, Superman has the edge in regards to being more battle oriented and experienced.
