The team loses. The thing has lost to one punisher before, and a detachment of fewer than 10 managed to destroy Thanos' starship, overwhelm Warlock w/soul gem, and outmanuveur Thanos, all while wresting the Infinity Gem from Adam Warlock.

Herc would be the last one to go down...Punisher's win.....
