616 in a complete and utter stomp.

I myself personally agree that 616 would win. 616 outshines the Ultimate version in terms of raw power, strength, speed, reaction time, energy absorbing defenses, technopathy, and a versatility that I have not seen Ultimate Ironman be able to match. Yes he has some things different than 616, and yes most are impressive (genetic lockdown, nueron shots to name a few), but they do not compare to the overall nature of the 616 armor. If more scans are needed just ask, I have plenty more. If someone can prove me wrong, then awesome. I like any Ironman, but its my opinion that 616's armor is better until proven otherwise.

Here are a few reasons (scans), and I do not have to much time to elaborate on them, but I have tons of scans so I can provide more if necessary.

Speed:
616 Ironman has been specifically stated to go at least as fast as Mach 8.71. Then we have times he flies around the world in seconds.

His chest beam can produce temperatures hotter than the sun itself. (This does not even include his repulser blasts or his pulse bolts)

He can absorb even Human Torche's nova focused blast. Plus Thor's lightning.

If someone else is using an armor, he can control them.

So do the pages-worth of new threads that are made most days. Turnover rate on page 1 in this forum is ridiculous in any situation. If a thread is pertinent enough for discussion it'll stay on page 1. If not, it won't. There's no rules about bumping threads, unless it's excessive and intended to spam, which I doubt anyone would accuse guy of.

due to the sheer number of feats, 616 tony ftw. it's like comparing 616 surfer to ultimate surfer. they both have good feats, but one of them simply has more good feats.

That, and his feats are more varied. I'm still waiting for someone to explain how Ultimate Ironman could win.

616, like most everyone else has been saying. Ultimate lacks feats that come anywhere near 616.

But there's actually a lot of others who know Tony better than me. I'm currently a fan because I have him in ill's tourney, but wouldn't be considered an Authority on him compared to a few others like Blair, Galan, or Scoobless.

It's not really about Ultimate Iron Man winning, more about 616 Iron Man losing. He gets abused more than Darkseid. If you see where this is going, you could legimately criticize me for using his low feats. But... low feats that are so numerous and consistent in nature don't remain low (as in lowballing) feats. If you were to use Tony from after Heroes Return, he doesn't have much. Classic Ironman has far better showings and you'd really have to dip into his vast history and ignore a great majority of the last 8 years. Ult. Ironman is consistent.

I don't recall what he has in terms of speed. But I don't think travelling speed is much of a factor here.

His reaction times and multi-tasking abilities are hard to measure. Considering that every single cell of his body is literally a brain cell, his calculative ability and intelligence is unreal.

His armor was durable enough to withstand Ultimate Thor's attacks and strong enough to divert a village sized spaceship from destroying a city.

His forcefield can protect a 3 mile radius in a split second from an island destroying nuclear detonation. That's just waaaaaay beyond any forcefield feat 616 Stark has. Not only that, he still had enough power to rock the Chitauri fleet. At least until he had to save the city from the aforementioned crashing ship.

He also can survive getting his physical body blown to pieces. His healing factor is essentially like the Lizard's where he can regenerate severed limbs.
