Smp has actually beaten people of worth on panel,sentry goes allout with his power of a million exploding suns...and manages to not even destroy new york.

Pretty much. Sentry is mostly hype, Superman Prme bathes in the Sun for hundreds of years and comes back ALOT more powerful than his original counter-part.
