The funny thing is prime is supposed to be a hyper genius (hence how he broke the suit and found out the exact moment his powers would come back) but he doesnt show it... like.. ever...

Actually I read more marvel comics than dc ones,I just dont have a perpetual hardon for people who dont stand a chance against prime,no one on that team would beat countdown prime period.

Adam Warlock is about the most over-rated strategist ever. His BIG plan that he was willing to sacrifice all the earth heros against Thanos was what? Have SS try to snatch it when he wasnt looking.... yeah smooth one. Thats about on par with your average teenage shoplifter.

he messed thanos up pretty good when he was inside the mind gem & pulled that escape attack.

Thanos was using like a tiny fraction of his power against the earth heroes in a attempt to impress Death. THAT wouldve been the time to have all the celestial folk jump him. Seems a lot more practical than the whole "Hey your shoe is untied, ZOINK" nonsense Warlock tried. The worst part was he built himself up like he had some master plan going into it.

Dont think that would have worked. Surfer is one thing but an abstract or celestial, thanos would have sensed a mile away.
Then he would have powered up in a flash.

Anyhow, anyone who thinks the Marvel team here has a shot is nuts. SMP is ridiculous strong.
