An paradox happens in the Multiverse and all the worlds are destroyed by a universe destroying blast. A high level being remakes the universe but putting something this big back would cause some problems. One of those problems is that he brought back 2 Venoms. To see which one goes to the main Earth he has them battle it out on a deserted planet away from Earth. Whoever wins gets to go to main Earth, the loser will be put on a different Earth and have to live their until they die. With good reasons to go all out they both square each other up and the fight begins.

Brock. Gargan might seem cooler, but Brock is more intelligent in using the symbiote than Gargan. Mac always gets his ass whopped, Brock was the main man.

Gargan is far more powerful, as when he merged with the symbiote, it added its power to the superhuman power he already possesed-Brock was only HUMAN olympic level in physical power before he joined with the symbiote-and Gargan has more experience of Superhuman fights, having been around since Spiderman's early days
