Team 1.

I give the edge to team two depending on if Strange does a World War Hulk.

Dr fate = marginally greater than strange
Silver surfer > superman , wonder woman , flash combined together
Thor, sentry, gladiator combined far >>>> than hal jordan.

Team 2 wins in a landslide. Why is the flash even in this? I like the flash but last time i checked he couldnt fly{ i maybe wrong} and everyone on team two can fly

Fate stalemates Strange.

Hal Jordan is the second best GL and he'll hold Surfer off.

Wonder Woman is invulnerable to magic and she'll go up against Thor.

Flash could steal Sentry or Gladiators speed by this time and Supes and Flash team up. After they're done they help whoever.

Team 2. Strange is too good for Fate. If it's classic Strange. Don't mess with the sorceror supreme. Surfer can take... pretty much anyone on team 1 minus Fate. He take Sups in seconds, via some matter manipulation trick.

I see this like that:

Strange beat Fate
SS violate Sups
Thor is at least statlemated by Hal, maybe upper hand to Hal.
Sentry die, killed by WW
Gladiator fly away from Flash

SS kick the ass of Hal, with Thor at his side.
WW kill Gladiator
Strange kill Flash

3 against one. WW die.

Interesting... though I think Dr Strange slightly betters Fate.
GL- this is a very even match up. Stalemate.
WW- I just don't see her beating Thor.
Flash- I don't buy him stealing their speed, or getting any hits on these flying powerhouses. Superman is superior to either Sentry or Gladiator... but together they give him problems. When Thor shows up it's big trouble. When Strange shows up, it's lights out.
