Magneto vs Plasticman

The Gamesmaster has teleported two opponents to his private arena in space, to fight for his amusement. The winner goes safely home, the loser dies. If after 10 min. there is no winner... both men die.

Ok... Plaz may not be able to mount much effective offence here (or will he- what can you come up with?), but what, if anything, can Magneto do to take Plaz out?
