VS is characters vs characters as stated by Lana many times. This is a comparison of the three games thus this should be in the video game thread. Also remember to make clear which of the three has the best in the categories I made under the pictures.

Well, I've been in charge of the VG forums for 2 and a half years now and that's how it's been since I took over.

1.) Best Mario
Super Mario 64.

Galaxy.

Super Mario 64.

I've always dreamed of playing this game in the past, and there were two other levels that were not included in the game (a Western-themed level that included a moving train) and a jungle-themed level that you had to swim underneath the moat to get to.

4.) Best Bosses
Galaxy.
5.) Best Graphics (for their time)
Sunshine.
6.) Best Hub
For some strange reason....64.
7.) Best Music
64 blows this one out of the water...actually one song does and that's the Dire, Dire Docks level music (the "water" theme song).

Ironic. Also the boss world themes, and the last boss fight theme(the one reminiscient of something out of Dracula) were superb too.
8.) Best Peach
I'm tempted to say SSBM....but I'll go with Galaxy.

9.) FLUDD or Rosalina
FLUDD is far more fun to play around with, IMO.
10.) Power Stars or Shine Sprites
WTF is with those retarded looking Shines?

The mario games invented the power star, not the goddamn shine.

It ticks me off every time I see a stupid "SHINE GET!!!"

I vote for Galaxy in most of those categories, but I was a bit let-down by the power-ups. The bee suit was stupid, the fire flower was rarely used (and it was set on a time-limit), the spring thing was annoying, and the red flying star and ice skating flower were both under-used. Those were the only bad things about Galaxy.

N64 Mario was cool too, though.

I doubt any Mario game will ever be as inventive and innovative as 64

Sunshine was the most fun MArio game i ever played though. It was just an all around great game.
