And that is really saying something, considering just how badly regular Superman already owns the Sentry.

KC Supes's power is about where they used to portray PC Earth-1 Supes shortly before the Crisis. No Silver Age Super-sillines like planet moving, but still head and shoulders above most heroes of today.

I'd take even money on Sentry vs Regular Clark, but against the Earth-22 version he's overmatched.

OTOH, some manifestations of the Void could probably take him.

Anyone read the newest JSA? Earth 1 Supes got a bloody nose and chucked into a building by Hercules. KC Supes just stood there and took Herc's best punch like he was a little girl, then owned him in about 2 panels.

Also of note is that the very same Herc in that issue, who's already weaker then Wonder Woman, was depowered to about half of his normal strength and had trouble competing with Wonder Girl.

Which in turn means that it was a pretty piss poor showing for the man of steel.

I'd give it to KC Superman though depending on how Sentry's aura affects him.

But... the flashy lights... they shut down Superman's mind! They were just a few flashing lights and they shut down Superman's mind in one panel. Surely not hard for Sentry to reproduce?
