When the basic truths of the universe were unraveled, her lasso unraveled.

Every other instance except that one was non cannon.

Thanos is over the concept of Law and Order, so maybe he could break it.

There is no precedent for the lasso breaking in the past. However, if we rely on that alone, we fall prey to the no limits fallacy as I don't believe anyone has ever tried to break it at the Thanos+Power Gem level.

Simply put - there is no way to know whether he could or not.
