Who wins?

LUDICROUS SPITE. Henshaw annihilates everyone else. Not to mention none of these guys are anywhere near him in technopathy. He's the best in comics.

Does Forge and Sage actually have technopathy?

I've never really seen them "take over" technology or anything similar to that.

Forge doesn't.
Sage has glasses that do... still nothing on Henshaw.
Ironman's feats are null.

Humans usually don't have technopathy, that's a power usually seen in cybernetic organisms, like Hank Henshaw. This is SPITE BEYOND SPITE!! Henshaw wins 10/10.
