Unless otherwise stated it would be their latest incarnations so I would assume its the source connected inf man in which case he stomps.

Even if it's not the source one, he still stomps Thanos. His powerset is basically "I don't follow the rules of your reality."

Yep pretty much. Except vs. his brother. He did block the OE effortlessly in Superman Confidential tho saving Supes.

For which he gets mad props. But Infinity Man (aka Drax, Darkseid's older brother) is scared shitless of Darkseid. He's never beaten Darkseid in a straight fight. Whereas Darkseid has easily manhandled him and even broken the motherbox fusion allowing him to enter this reality.
