Iron Man and Dr. Doom has faced off in the past, but that was before Iron man had his multiple upgrades and before he had extremis. That was also before Dr. Doom had his multiple upgrades and had a larger mastery of sorcery.

If Iron Man and Dr. Doom now had a fight, with about half a day of preparation, who would win?

Doom with prep - too much for Iron Man.
