Iron man wins with prep, and without it.

With it, he simply has access to much more (tech, money, equipment, connections, S.H.I.E.L.D ) than Spidey.

Ironman. Range, energy attacks, etc, etc...

There's also speed, strength, durability, intelligence...

Spidey does have agility though

spidey has prep too. and he's smarter than steve rogers...a man who would have KILLED tony in civil war

Iron Man should win every single time. He's physically superior to Spider-Man in every way, excluding agility, and with Stark's upgrades, that gap has been narrowed down quite a bit. That's not even taking into consideration the various weapons and defensive systems the Iron Man armor possesses.

Not a chance Spiderman can react to Extremis Iron Man on a straight fight. IM should still get it in the prep as well. Then again, nowadays Spiderman has access to guys like Doctor Strange while prepping as well.

Spider-Man is still faster, yeah, but it's not enough to overcome Iron Man's other abilities.

Yeah, Iron Man looked real tough at the end of Secret Invasion #1.

*shrug* I really don't know. For all of Extremis' vaunted 'enhanced reaction times,' we haven't really seen it anywhere save when he first got it.

Either the writers have forgotten about it, or are purposefully ignoring it. There's no way they're currently portraying him with millisecond reaction times.

Stark wins, 8/10 or even 9/10, whether he has prep or not. He's too strong for Spidey, and he has far more range and durability.

Because Spidey's a high CL100 and IM is... A mid CL100? Ahhhhh... Never mind, yes it really does get that bad in a Spidey book.

I think that the Baseball field scenario is going to be the norm.

Spidey's greatest asset is his intelligence. So too with Tony. Pete would figure out a way to get Tony out of his suit, or disable his suit altogether. Sidey wins every time. Without the suit, Tony is just another guy.

Tony wasn't in his armor against the Skrulls , nor in the WWH coliseum like fighting against those creatures.

Current Tony wins in every conceivable and potential meeting against any Spidey.
