How can someone be the most powerful gunman? Do you mean the guns themselves, the person shooting the guns, or both?

Hmmmm, Saint of Killers is tops here. No doubt about that.

If not him, then there is Lobo. He does carry a gun, among other things.

Most people pale compared to the above two.

Agree with Spetznaz, but Punisher... Deadpool... Nuke (Frank Simpson)... they're all pretty tough too.

Does Agent Orange count? Well he's from Wildstorm, so... meh?
