This is my opinion of course.
1. Superman vs. Thor (because of diehard Thor fans)
2. Thor vs. Silver Surfer (because it is very hard to gauge these two against each other, thus forcing extremely intelligent arguments)
3. Thor vs. Silver Surfer (its not decided IMO)
4. Superman vs. Thor (Speed wins)
