The US military has given Al Simmons a top secret mission, to capture and bring in Frank Castle dead or alive. Simmons has been briefed on The Punisher and how he operates; he is given 24 hours to prep himself for the mission. Meanwhile Frank is aware that the US Government is after him and prepares himself as well. Two days later at 11:45pm, while on his way to one of his secret hideouts, Frank is ambushed by Simmons. The two begin to engage each other in combat. So what happens next?

Note. The Punisher is well armed during the ambush and Simmons has not become Spawn yet.
