Tom Cruises' 'Search and Destory' in Magnolia is one of my favourites. Kurtz in Apocalypse Now, Rutger Hauer in Blade Runner are among them too.
Glengarry Glenn Ross is a good one like you said, in fact whenever Baldwin is allowed to let loose, he nails it. I get annoyed with Fight Club and its mantra, but I can't deny some of that rhetoric is great, even it just reads straight from the page.
Although TV films, Sharpe has some great speeches, one per film that is pretty great.

The ending speech in Blade Runner by Hauer is probably my favorite by far. I forgot about Cruise's speech, it is a great one as well.

25th hour monologue
then of course there is samuel l jackson in pulp fiction
The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

I know what you're thinking. Did he fire six shots or only five? Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement, I've kinda lost track myself. But being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well, do ya punk?

Bill Pullman's speech in ID4 still gives me the shivers:

Yeah but the sheer premise of that speech is completely ridiculous. Independance Day my arse.
Darth Martin
Any thing V say in V for Vendetta. Reed Richards' speech in Rise of the Silver Surfer was cool to where he is talking to the general.
Menetnashté
First that comes to mind is likely the beginning of Patton. There's plenty out there that I love just none come to mind right now.

I'm sorry, but.... god. Yes. Best speech ever. Even if it was a bit too patriotic. >.>

I love V's televised speech when he takes over the TV station. There's also Edward Norton's F*ck You rant in 25th Hour. That one is brilliant!

Obviously I meant Matt Damon's character WILL and Robin Williams' character SEAN
Also love Will's monologue when he goes for that interview with the NSA.

Didn't really move me, seemed a bit cheesy. I get the feeling I might have to see the movie to fully appreciate it

Glad you put this up. I have been looking for it. This is one of the most cynical speeches i've ever seen
perfect to watch on a bad day.

I can see that. The speech comes close to the end of the movie, so by the time you get to it, you're already caught up in its mystique, so the speech does have a lot more meaning.

Here is easily my favorite quote, and if you watch, and then rewatch Platoon, it sounds a lot more badass, cause you know how crazy Barnes is.
When Barnes sees Manny's corpse strung up on a tree, and then says in that real cold, mangled and quiet voice of, "Thoose..." "Mother ****ers..."
