i'm not sure what instance you are talking about but after the incident on pangoria, either arishem or exitar created a thor clone instantaneously after defeating him that informed thor that he should NEVER again interfere with celestial affairs. the clone remade his clothes, belt of immortality, and mijolnir with a gesture and teleported thor back to earth. that was the last time thor and the celestials crossed paths.

Thor met the Celestials again during the Black Galaxy saga, where a Celestial was born
