Well every Sith sword fighting style is specialed in killing Jedi.And Jedi style's can kill other Jedi to so that is not a valid excuse.

That form was developed by Jedi, for the Jedi. And there isn't any specific Sith forms or Jedi forms.

Form II was meant to have precise movements and the ability to kill others easier in a lighsaber duel.
