Anakin is at the same level as when he fought Obi Wan.
It takes place in the forest on Haruun Kul where Mace fought him.

I just can't see Anakin losing for some reason.

But this fight takes place on Haruun Kal, which makes a big difference.

It'd be close, but the outcome would depend on how empowered Vastor is.
