What street level character can get a majority over omega red. If you use a character that come with guns and other weapons, they can only use there standard weapons.

I wouldn't consider Iron Fist a street level character (he's a bit above that).

I don't think any "true street lvl" character can defeat Omega Red save Batman or Black Panther with the right tech/equipment.
