What would happen if they fought each other to the death?

No prep (ie technological assistance). However they are aware of who each other is, as in a neutral party (Access from Marvel vs DC) explaining the rules of the fight.

No crazy power-ups.

Battle takes place on earth.

No innocent bystanders.

This battle has been done before.
