Yeah, he can

yes DD could but he really has little experiences dealing with TP. He die the majority of the time to NC due to that reason

I think this is a good fight. DD has superhuman senses, but that won't help against TP too much. Agilty and speed are almost the same for both of them. DD is the Better fighter. But the TP is the deciding factor in this battle.
