But could you elaborate further on this match, specifically how the Joker could come close to pulling a 0.1/10 on Superman?

If Supes has no knowledge of the Joker than he probably won't just heat vision him from space. He'll walk up to his hideout and give a little speech about how his plan will never succeed and then will be bombarded with kryptonite, red sun radiation and overloads of each of superman's senses.

This is of course assuming Joker really wants Superman dead and isn't just playing another of his games.
