With Colossus being revived, is the death of a character just a passing?


Psylocke, Donna Troy, where does it end???

firstly, i was happy when psylocke was brought back...

second, when you kill someone you're killing somebodies favourite character...

colossus and psylocke are two of my favourite marvel characters... i'd be mighty pissed if they were dead for good...

Uncle Ben stayed dead...

Captain Marvel will stay dead (the first one..... Marvel comics, not Shazam)

Uncle Ben. Who knows? They brought back Gwen Stacy so that theory may be non-defuct.

Captain Marvel. Hell no. I predict in several years or so they'll bring him back. For like an anniversary or something.

The only people who have successfully stayed dead were Bucky and Jason.

Now Jason Todd really is back though. And it seems Bucky may be coming back, but too early to tell.

I don't think they'll bring Mar-Vell back, his son has supplanted him too well.

Does Exiles count? Thunderbird has appeared there as part of the team (as a former horsemen of Apocalypse) and as a replacement Shaman for Alpha Flight. What is do you think is the possibility of reviving Moira MacTaggert? Will it be a full resurrection or some "Douglock" type of story?

No, I don't think the Exiles are or should be included in the proposed context of this thread. The Exiles deal with the multi-verse and there is a distinct possibility all Marvel characters are alive in all the respective realities. So we should look at Earth 616 characters rather than their Exiles counterparts.

I can't see Proteus, Mesmero, Porcupine, or Mastermind (his daughter is filling his shoes) coming back then. There is no purpose for Eon to either with his offspring around. I would like to see Pyro pop up again.

only the really popular ones come back or the ones crucial to movie (cyclops) come back to life

who's complaining about Psylocke's comeback?

I love the fact they brought Psylocke back.

Scott lang died in the explosion. He was kinda a waste of ink if you ask me, but remember this is just an opinion.

Gwen Stacy has. I wouldn't be surprised if he did.

When did Gwen return? I know there's a Gwen clone running around somewhere. And her daughter who looks almost exactly the same.

I guess that they could clone Ben and put the brains of the orginal in the clone body...or something...

I remember seeing an X-factor comic, with Strong Guy on the cover saying "When Multiple Man came back you knew I couldn't be far behind." Made me really hate comics for a while (particularly marvel.)
